ā€œIn Jan 2025 I started my health and fitness journey at 266 and completely out of shape. I set a goal for myself to be 199, just under 200 lbs. Joining weekly bungee classes, and attending regular M-Thurs classes and eating healthy I pushed myself with the support of Joscelynn, Aleasa and the other members of the gym and reached my goal of 199 by Sept 1!  I joined personal training to add to my regular routine and currently down to 177!  This gym has changed my life and outlook on life!  I’d be lost without fitness ability
