What Is Bungee Fitness?
Bungee fitness is a high-energy workout that originated from the world of aerial arts and acrobatics. It typically involves participants wearing a harness connected to bungee cords suspended from the ceiling. The bungee cords are securely anchored, allowing participants to perform a wide range of dynamic movements, including jumping, spinning, flipping, and dancing while being supported by the cords. The result is a thrilling, gravity-defying experience that’s both fun and physically demanding.

Bungee Harness: Participants wear a specially designed bungee harness that’s connected to the bungee cords. The harness provides support and allows for a wide range of movements.
Bungee Cords: The bungee cords are securely anchored to a stable structure, ensuring the safety of participants during the workout.
Dance and Aerobic Movements: Bungee fitness classes incorporate various dance and aerobic moves, such as lunges, squats, jumps, and spins. Participants use the bungee cords to add an extra dimension to these movements, making them more challenging and exciting.
Strength Training: Bungee fitness also includes resistance training exercises, like planks, push-ups, and core work, using the bungee cords to create additional resistanc

First Time Flying with Us?
We are located at 1940 Kenmore Ave. Kenmore, NY 14217. When you arrive, park on the lawn underneath the FitnessAbility Community Fitness sign facing Tim Hortons. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your booked Bungee class as we do begin harnessing at the hour of schedule.
Dress Code
Tight fitting, stretchy clothing is recommended. During Bungee fitness the harness is placed mainly on the thighs and the torso. Ideally, we recommend comfortable clothes covering these areas. Yoga pants and a long fitted tshirt work best. In warmer weather we will be cranking the air conditioning so these clothes will be comfortable still indoors during the Summer months. Feel free to layer to take off pants following class as you will have the best workout of your life flying even in the heat of Summer. We know is tempting to wear less clothes, but we can promise you the harness rubbing on the skin is not comfy.
For men we do recommend those bike shorts under longer shorts like how runners and basketball player’s wear. Paired with a t-shirt. Comfort is our number one priority and dressing for the sport of Bungee will make flight time the best time!!!
Comfortable sneakers are recommended as we do plenty of calisthenics movements that require to proper foot ware.
Please remember to bring your water bottle. Also, be prepared to have the time of your life flying with us!! We are so grateful we get to bungee with all of our Bungee Babes every single day and witness all the joy and laughter!!!
